How it works

Start from five roles
Admin, Manager, Coordinator, Finance and Viewer, ready on day one.
Switch permissions
Turn any of the 38 permissions on or off, or make your own role.
Set client access
Each person sees all clients, or only the ones they handle.
Server side
Margins cannot leak through a screen.
Money fields are removed on the server, so they never reach a screen or an export someone may not see.

Can coordinators quote without seeing our margin?
Yes. Switch margin off for the Coordinator role and they quote from the rate card without it.
Can we create our own roles?
Yes. Start from one of the five roles and switch any of the 38 permissions. Nobody can hand out a permission they don't have.
What happens when someone leaves?
Deactivate them. They lose access, and their history stays on every job they touched.
