Can we skip the quote?
Yes. When the price is already agreed, confirm the job without sending a quote.
Can the client see our margin?
No. Your client sees the price you quote, never the engineer's rate or your margin. Guest links never show prices at all.
Does the quote become the invoice?
The agreed price stays on the job. When the work order closes, Pendira writes the line to bill from it, so nobody retypes the price.
