Invoicing

Know what to bill. Then bill it.

Closed work becomes lines to bill. Pick a client, check the draft and issue an invoice numbered without gaps.

The money on one closed job: what the client is billed, what the engineer is paid and the margin only you see.

How it works

Month end in three steps.

  1. Lines appear at closing

Every closed job writes what to bill, at the agreed price.

  2. Draft per client

Pick a client and Pendira drafts the invoice from ready lines.

  3. Issue and get paid

Issue it with a number, then record payments as they come in.

Finance home

Month end is a list, not a hunt.

Everything ready to invoice, per client, with totals. Record payments in part or in full as they arrive.

  • Tax per invoice with country defaults

  • Payment terms per client

  • CSV export to your accounting

Does Pendira email the invoice?

Not today. Pendira gives you a clean print view and exports to your accounting tool, which stays your system of record.

Which accounting tools work?

Any tool that imports a CSV file. Pendira exports invoices and payouts as CSV today.

Can an invoice be cancelled?

Drafts change freely until you issue them. An issued invoice keeps its number, so the series stays without gaps. Credit notes are not part of Pendira today.
