Is Pendira a marketplace?
No. Your engineers stay yours. We never show them to another company and never take a cut of their pay.
Can an engineer work for several companies?
Yes. An engineer is known by their phone number. Each company keeps its own private profile of them, and no company sees another's notes, rates or ratings.
Which documents can we track?
The documents you require from engineers, such as a safety certificate, each with an expiry date. Pendira warns you before one lapses.
