Engineer payouts

Pay every engineer right, with proof.

Every closed work order writes what the engineer is owed. Approve the lines, group them per engineer and mark them paid.

The money on one closed job: what the client is billed, what the engineer is paid and the margin only you see.

How it works

From owed to paid.

  1. Owed lines at closing

Hours times rate, or the fixed price, plus approved extras.

  2. Approve

Finance approves the lines. Questions stay on the line.

  3. Pay and record

Mark the payout paid with a date and reference. Export it for your bank.

Two-person rule

Two people, one payment.

Turn on the two-person rule and nobody can approve a payment for a rate they set themselves.

  • Optional, per company

  • Payouts numbered per engineer

  • CSV export for your bank

Does Pendira move money?

No. Pendira works out and records what each engineer is owed. You pay through your own bank.

Can engineers see what they are owed?

Each engineer sees their own rate on every work order. Payouts are recorded with a date and reference, so a question has a clear answer.

What if an engineer disputes hours?

Questions stay on the line. Visit times change only with a reason, and every change is logged, so a dispute ends with the record.

Every job, from request to paid.

See Pendira with your own jobs in a 30 minute demo. Bring a messy week, and we will show you that week in one record.
