What blocks a work order from closing?
Work not done, no engineer rate, a visit still open, hourly work without hours, or an extra cost nobody has decided on.
Can we close with a missing photo?
Yes, with a written reason. Missing photos or a missing signature never block the close on their own, and the reason stays on the record.
What about a revisit?
A revisit is recorded with a reason and a choice of whether the client pays. It is a new visit on the same job.
